A Mass for former township resident Elly Vigeveno Mullins was held March 30 at St. 
Rose of Lima Church in Short Hills. 

Mrs. Mullins, 94, died March 27 at her Florham Park home. 

Born in Amsterdam, Holland, she lived in Short Hills and Springfield for 27 years. She 
was a homemaker. 

She served as past chairwoman of the Republican Committee of the Municipality of 
Springfield and served as past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of St. Rose of Lima 
Church in Short Hills. She was a member of Canoe Brook Country Club, Summit. 

Mrs. Mullins is survived by a daughter, Patricia M. Jackson of Sterling, Va., two sons, 
Dennis of Madison and Peter of Atlanta, Ga.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-
